The picturesque chapel welcomes visitors by the sea, at the entrance of the port of Ithaca, is dedicated to St. Andrew. Small and humble, with its blue door and tiny windows, it is always whitewashed and clean and is now a trademark of the port. The easiest way to reach the top is by boat, which you will moor at the small pier, right in front. Or, you can take the path from the beach of Loutsa, on the edge of the asphalt road of the port. It will take you about half an hour to 40 minutes to cross it, walking "rock by rock" by the sea.
