Tilos is a small island of the Dodecanese ideal for those who seek quiet holidays. It is an  island with its rugged mountains, verdant hills and picturesque beaches, one of the few remaining islands where visitors can experience authentic island life. Tilos has a famous sight,  the Monastery of Saint Panteleimon, protector of the island, a nice place for a stroll in the abandoned village of Mikro Chorio as well as the  Charkadio Cave. In general, Tilos is the ideal place for hiking to secluded beaches and old monuments.
Local products of the island include honey and goat cheese. The main regions of Tilos Island are : Livadia, Megalo Chorio, Mikro Chorio.

How to get there

  Ferries - There is a ferry connections from Athens Piraeus Port 3 times a week with stops to Tilos and it lasts about 18 hours. It is convenient  if you are in Athens to fly to Rhodes and then take a ferry to Tilos.
