After landing at the airport, there is bus service from there to reach Fira first. The bus stop is located between the departure buildings. Once you reach the Fira bus station, you can catch a northbound bus from Fira to reach Imerovigli. It is similar if you arrive by ferry at the Port Athinios (Afinios) and get the bus to Fira Station.
