How To Get There

There are 4 ways to reach Karlovassi:

Ferry: Situated 32 kilometers west of the main town, Karlovassi is a harbor town on the Greek island of Samos. Ferries to mainland Greece and the nearby islands are connected via this port. There is a ferry route from Karlovassi to Vathy (Samos Town). The only company that operates the route from/to Vathy-Karlovassi is Blue Star Ferries. The trip is direct without any stops and takes 40 minutes.

Car/Rental: It is the fastest way to get there by a car rental to drive with your own freedom and it will take you 25 minutes.

Taxi/Private Transfer: Arranging a private transfer is a good option if you wish to to reach Karlovassi without hassles.

Bus: A bus that travels directly from Karlovassi to Samos Town or Vathy is available. Monday through Saturday, services run four times a day. The trip takes roughly an hour.
