There are routes four times a week from Piraeus Port in Athens. Leros is also connected to islands like Rhodes, Patmos, Kos, and Kalymnos. During the summer, most of these routes are almost daily.
Leros National Airport receives only domestic flights from Athens. This flight lasts about 50 minutes.
