A transit bus service runs between the airport and Mastichari. The terminal building is 50m from the bus stop. The bus ride will take roughly fifteen minutes. You can also catch one of the three buses that leave Kos Town every day to get to Mastichari. The town bus stop is located on Kleopatras Street 7.
