How To Get There

 

From the Pyrgos Bus Station, there are several buses daily connecting to and from Amaliada, as well as many other cities in Ilias region. If you wish to get the bus from Athens, pick up is from KTEL Kifisos (Athens), running every four hours with several stops to reach Amaliada. The journey lasts over four hours.

One of the best ways to travel to Amaliada and explore Peloponnese is by car. Driving through the Greek National Road from Athens to Patra and then continuing on the route to Amaliada is the only way to get there from Athens. The distance between Athens and Amaliada is about 300 km.
