How To Get There
If you are looking for hassle-free transportation, there are various ways to get from Athens Airport to Kolonaki:
Metro: The journey from Athens Airport lasts 40 minutes. If you choose to use the X95 bus, try to get out at a stop nearer a Blue Line (Line 3) metro station, like Syntagma Station or Monastiraki Station. After that, change to the metro for a quicker ride to stations nearer to your Kolonaki destination.
Bus: The journey from Athens Airport lasts about one hour. From Athens International Airport, take bus X93 in the direction of Piraeus. You may find the bus stop by following the public transit signs outside the arrivals hall. At the St. Piraeus station, get off. Depending on where you're going, you can either take a taxi to Kolonaki or change to another bus from there.
Car: You may rent a car or book a private transfer to Kolonaki. It takes roughly forty-five minutes to drive from the Athens International Airport to Kolonaki via Attiki Odos. Cars must pay a €2.80 toll on the Attiki Odos highway. Alternatively, locate the assigned taxi rank outside the arrivals area.
From Piraeus one way would be to take the green metro line and stop in Monastiraki which is closer to Kolonaki. To go to Kolonaki by bus, use Line 040.
