A Real Traditional Cretan shop
was taking a walk and stumbled upon this place- knives galore, all different styles for all uses. I picked out this really traditional looking one to take home as I found them to be really cool, and on it was engraved a Cretan poem. The owner translated it to me and he treated me to a shot of raki..very welcoming people, very nice experience. If ever in Heraklion again, definitely making a pit stop- even just to say hello.
