Dough & Shaker Restaurant in Tinos makes dough fresh, right at the store, every day, creating fresh handmade pasta, which, after allowing it to rest and dry in a natural way, they fill with (mostly local) vegetables, fresh meats from small producers, fine cheeses, and homemade sauces and dressings in a happy alliance of Greek, Mediterranean, and Italian cuisine. You are welcome to come and taste the candy-like closed pennerillis, fresh handmade pasta, and pizza, made the same day.
