Hippocampus Restaurant is the new cat in gastronomic map of Hermionid. Located in the center of Porto Heli, 30 meters away of the sea, overlooking the Porto Heli bay.
Chef George Korol returned to his birthplace after 18 years of navigation between Greek and European gastronomy, to create a restaurant with traditional Greek and Mediterranean - creative cuisine based on fresh local fish and seafood. Because of Chef's love of Japanese cuisine and of the excellent fish of the area, the menu of Hippocampus includes sushi and fresh bluefin tuna dishes, fresh mussels with Ponzu sauce and suggests the red shrimp kritharoto flavoured with saffron and xynomyzythra, Taliolini with urchin eggs and basil pesto and bass φιση flavored with fennel and ouzo, offering a high quality gastronomic journey through the Mediterranean flavors.
The decorative elements of the restaurant are based in Greek tradition. The colors used are white, gray and turquoise, creating a cool, relaxing feeling. Have a delicious dinner under the summer starry sky of Hippocampus outdoors.
