Argiris Villa Rethymnon

Villa Argiris is a 4-bedroom villa with a private pool situated on the side of the village of Stavromenos, about 12 km east of Rethymnon and only 800 m from the beach. In Stavromenos, there are many shops for your needs. This villa is conveniently situated near the national road, which connects Stavromenos with the town of Rethymno.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 3 with 2 single beds, each with an en-suite shower/WC and A/C. There is also a large sitting-dining room equipped with A/C, satellite TV, a music centre, and a full-size kitchen with a cooker, grill, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine. Outdoors, you will see a beautiful garden with palm trees and a swimming pool.
The villa can accommodate up to eight guests.
