Mount Ainos or Enos is the highest mountain in Kefalonia with an elevation of 1,628 metres, from which you can view not only the neighboring islands of Zakynthos and Lefkada, but also parts of Central Greece and the Peloponnese. The highest slopes are with thick forests while lowest slopes are covered with shrubs and brushwood, reminding us that we are still in the Mediterranean. Mt.
